Up Mountains

What a six months of walking- Exaireo take to the hills and mountains again. The Trust has now been on 12 walks since May of this year. From the  first walk  from Doctors Gate on Snake Pass to Higher Shelf Stones to a very sunny Snowdon to a very wet but exhilarating Lake District and Skiddaw!  The group has found a great sense of personal satisfaction and as always gained a new perspective on where they are on their journey of recovery.
